Role Overview

Revionics, an Aptos Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you play a pivotal role in our sales team. You're the detective who uncovers potential leads, the orchestrator of meetings, and the bridge between prospects and our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting Expert: Master the art of uncovering potential clients. You'll be the one identifying key players and decision-makers in target companies. Keep our prospect lists polished and primed for action, ensuring they're always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Channel Champion: Whether it's through phone calls, emails, social media or account specific collateral  you'll initiate engaging outreach to create and discover promising sales leads.
  • Persona Strategist: Tailor your outreach to resonate with the diverse array of buyer personas we engage with. Work closely with sales and marketing to craft compelling outreach strategies and messages.
  • Solution Savvy: Become well-versed in our suite of solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Inbound Inquiry: Be the friendly face that greets and qualifies inbound leads, setting the stage for further engagement. Implement a strategic qualification process to separate the good leads from the great ones.
  • CRM Navigator: Maintain impeccable records of interactions within our CRM system, ensuring a clear trail of engagements.
  • Meeting Coordinator: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, keeping the momentum rolling.
  • Event Engagement: Follow up on leads generated from marketing events and campaigns, including our exciting Account-Based Marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: You bring a minimum of two years of experience in sales development, offering a wealth of insights to contribute.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with B2B technology is advantageous, and prior experience with Salesforce is a valued asset.
  • Effective Communication: Your refined communication skills enable you to effortlessly connect and engage with prospects.
  • Inquisitive Nature: Your natural curiosity drives you to consistently expand your knowledge and skill set.
  • Phone Communication: You possess the confidence to initiate meaningful conversations over the phone.
  • Solution Enthusiast: You possess the ability to articulate our solutions' value proposition clearly and persuasively.
