About the Role

As the Technology Manager - Backend Java/ AEM, you will be at the helm of advising client on cutting-edge technical solutions, leading a team of talented developers, and managing the full spectrum of technical development activities.

You have the opportunity to

● Hands-on development and leading the team in technical projects.
● Managing the overall technical development schedule, estimations, and budget.
● Overseeing the professional growth and ongoing development of a small technical team.
● Ensuring the delivery of web and mobile-based systems with high efficiency and quality.

Experience

● 8+ years of relevant Backend Java development experience.
● Hands-on experience in web-based systems development, including websites and web applications.
● Experienced in Spring Boot framework
● Experienced in one of the cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
● Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and k8s
● Familiar with HA/DR design and architecture
● Experienced in load test tools and capturing the report with analysis
● Experienced in resolving the issues that are identified in security/penetration report
● Knowledge in advising on security-related aspects of development.

● Experienced in AEM/AJO/CJA/RCDP is needed
● Chinese Fluency is a plus
