As an Adobe Workfront Developer, you will join a highly motivated and experienced team, building web and mobile applications as well as providing strategy consulting for Appnovation’s clients. We are looking for people who can bring a strong, consulting and solution-focused mindset.
Qualification
- 6+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in administering Adobe Workfront, including user management, permissions, project setup, and configuration.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Adobe Workfront to meet specific project requirements, including creating custom fields, forms, and workflows.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and its capabilities, including task tracking, collaboration, and reporting functionalities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create responsive web designs and implement user interfaces in AEM.
- Strong knowledge of Java and experience building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
- Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices, including content modelling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.
- Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.
- Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes in AEM.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

- You actively seek out things outside your comfort zone with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- You have prior experience in consulting
- Prior experience and connections in the Life Sciences industry is preferred
