Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, applicant management, and application processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members.
- Plan and participate in employer branding measures and events.
- Support personnel development measures.
- Involved in strategic HR projects and operational administrative tasks.
Profile:
- Degree in business administration, human resources management, or labor law (other disciplines welcome).
- Practical experience in HR.
- Strong communication skills, meticulous, and pragmatic.
- Team player with flexibility in HR areas.
- Native-level German and good English skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with HR software like Personio.
