Job Title: Creative Resource Manager

Location: Franklin, Remote

OVERVIEW:

This highly motivated individual will be responsible for effective creative resource management ensuring all internal projects are efficiently briefed, resourced and executed with excellence. In this role, this person will be responsible for working in close collaboration with Ancient Nutrition’s Creative Director, the creative team as well as internal channel managers to scope, budget, build and deliver with excellence. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage all internal creative projects, supporting and determining critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process and anticipating potential pitfalls
  • Work in close collaboration with the Creative Director to effectively receive and allocate projects across the creative team ensuring resources are evenly distributed and projects are executed successfully 
  • Work to ensure the creative process is refined and effective - includes creative briefing, intake, reviews and final asset delivery. Streamline and continually improve processes for delivering creative assets
  • Facilitate overall marketing roadmap planning ensuring projects maintain momentum toward delivery targets
  • Source, manage, and maintain point of contact with external creative vendors and identify new partners as needed 
  • Point person responsible for managing Wrike; internal creative project management software. Responsible for tracking all projects by campaign, new product launch and more.
    • Maintain Widen as central repository for creative assets - ensuring all assets are up to date, categorized and tagged 
  • Lead production on photo and video shoots - can include sourcing locations, vendors, managing shot list, day of schedule and more 
  • Manage scope and budget for all internal creative production and partnerships - includes recipe photoshoots and larger campaign shoots

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years' experience in creative project management or resource management 
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong budgeting + performance tracking experience 
  • Strong understanding of project management software
  • Exceptional verbal, written capabilities
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional team members
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong budgeting skills and track record of scope development
