Fulfill your career by joining our rapidly growing Field Operations team! As a Field Service Technician, you will service our customers by providing knowledgeable, professional and skilled preventative and repair maintenance duties. This position will service a geographical radius of approximately 150-250 miles. Applying candidates must be able to travel overnight Monday – Friday each week.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor service queue and communicate any changes to internal and external customers
Prioritize and organize daily workload to ensure jobs are completed within the time quoted to the customer without sacrificing service quality
Provide preventative maintenance, repair services, installations, upgrades, and in-servicing at customer accounts in accordance with established standard operating procedures and techniques
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Assist other technician as needed
Operate company vehicle safely. Obey all local and federal traffic laws
Manage inventory daily. Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted within required deadline
Complete weekly expense reports
Requirements
Must be able to travel Monday-Friday weekly
Valid driver’s license
2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and installing systems (previous experience with access control systems and/or fire alarm is a plus)
Approximate Year-End Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
