Job Summary
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization is key? Are you a master of keeping projects on track and ensuring all the pieces fall into place? We are searching for an Inspections Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring inspections for our projects are completed efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various internal and external resources to schedule, conduct, and finalize inspections during and after installation. You'll be the glue that holds it all together, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule all required inspections, coordinating with Project Managers, Compliance Managers, Service Technicians, Field Services, and Third-Party Contractors.
- Manage rescheduling of inspections due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Lead Technicians to schedule correction work when necessary.
- Proactively follow up with Field Services to ensure availability for inspections.
- Organize the Field Service weekly schedule based on geographical location for optimal efficiency.
- Utilize company systems to track inspection progress, set follow-up tasks, and maintain project visibility.
- Prioritize projects alongside Managers and Lead Technicians to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure everyone has the information they need.
Position Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to adhere to multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Approximate Hourly Range is $24-$28/hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
