About the Team:

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization.  At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst within the Revenue Operations team to develop key enabling tools, streamline processes and create actionable reporting throughout the revenue organization. In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact.

Who you are:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience working with a Revenue organization or Sales Operations team 
  • Experience in business analysis, generating insights, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
  • Operations rockstar who has a passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using data to drive results
  • Masterful in Excel; experienced in analyzing large data sets and using insights to “paint a picture“ for senior management
  • An ability to think strategically, act tactically and write effectively
  • Familiar with SaaS metrics and signals used to drive growth and efficiency in a sales organization
  • A creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive productivity along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the  business 
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in BI tools such as Tableau
  • Nice to Have: Strong SQL experience and the ability to manipulate data within a database

What You’ll Do:

  • Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting
  • Develop operational reporting to drive analytics adoption from leadership and individual contributors
  • Develop presentations that analyze and provide recommendations for sales leaders and teams
  • Partner with our Business Intelligence team to implement and manage reports, dashboards and analytics 
  • Partner with our architects to QA new features and functionality within our tech stack
  • Partner with our program managers on rollouts of new tools and workflows
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Implement and manage improvements to Salesforce.com and other key rev org tools ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business

Base Compensation Range*:  $87,000 - $115,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
