Job Description
Horticulture Supervisor manage regular harvest and aggregations of the region . You will recruit farmers and manage weekly avocado aggregations including the management of a big team of Horticulture officers from your region. The Horticulture Supervisor execute Avocado Operations from 3-5 districts.
You will report directly to Horticulture Operations Coordinator and you will manage 10 Horticulture Officers.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Horticultural products of Avocado aggregations and processing
- Assist in district trials coordination
- Supervise team of up to 10 Horticulture Officers
- Organize local logistics from farmgate to the Collection hubs
- Develop an annual plan and targets for you and the team
- Data management
Top Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working on Field with Farmers .
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, holding it in Agricultural sector will be an added value
- IT skills
- Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English
