Job Description

Horticulture Supervisor manage regular harvest and aggregations of the region . You will recruit farmers and manage weekly avocado aggregations including the management of a big team of Horticulture officers from your region. The Horticulture Supervisor execute Avocado Operations from 3-5 districts.

You will report directly to Horticulture Operations Coordinator and you will manage 10 Horticulture Officers.

Horticultural products of Avocado aggregations and processing
Assist in district trials coordination
Supervise team of up to 10 Horticulture Officers
Organize local logistics from farmgate to the Collection hubs
Develop an annual plan and targets for you and the team

Top Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience working on Field with Farmers .
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, holding it in Agricultural sector will be an added value
IT skills
Proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English
