Job Description
The Horticulture Operations Coordinator will focus on execution of regular Horticulture harvest aggregations in two regions ( either North-West (NW) or South-East (SE) and coordinate Trials belonging in the regions of operation. With support from the project lead, the Operations coordinator is to manage our field activities, design annual plans and share annual volume goals from the regions, and serve as the critical link between field coordination and head office.
The Horticulture Operations Coordinator will report to the Avocado Project Lead and you will manage a big team of 5x Horticulture Supervisors , 16x Horticulture Officers and 5x Avocado Aggregators.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop an Annual calendar for you and the team
- Volume aggregations and processing
- Avocado aggregation Trials Design and Implementation
- Logistics Planning and Efficiency through high-level aggregation plan
- Manage Horticulture Field team
Top Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agribusiness
- 3+ years of experience working on Field and leading field team
- Bachelor's degree in any Agriculture related discipline
- Have experience in Horticultural products export standards
- People and Project management experience is an added value
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English
