We are looking for a professional with 3+ years work experience in HR role, focusing on employee procedures, managing the payroll function, oversee employee benefits and HR administration. You will report to the Uganda Head of Human Resource.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll cycle for our organization, ensuring accuracy in payroll for staff including loans, bonuses, and statutory payments.
- Provide administration support by ensuring accuracy in our Employee HRIS system, and physical employee files and support staff and departments in creating employment, transfer, and promotion letters.
- Enhance staff experience through the establishment of HR communication with the staff through feedback channels.
- Maintain employee benefits programs by assessing benefit needs and trends, and recommending benefit programs to management.
- Provide support in the onboarding and off-boarding of staff
Top Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Experience in payroll and statutory deductions is required
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field in Human Resource Management.
- Excellent skills in using MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), MS Word, and PowerPoint. The ability to use SAP is an added advantage
- Experience in HRIS
- Knowledge of Ugandan Employment and Labor laws.
- Team player with people management attributes.
