Job Description
The CITO Admin is a technically skilled service provider within the CITO team; they’re additionally responsible for project execution and of team-wide improvements.
Oversee medium-complexity projects, potentially spanning multiple countries
- Deliver high quality IT projects
- Independently define project scope, milestone(s), and timelines
- Follow Tech standard PMP
- Define roles for project participants:
- Technical leads from within IT Ops
- Domain experts and business owners from customer depts.
- Vendors/procurement
You will work with the Country ITO Lead and 4 Country ITO Technicians.
You will report directly to the Country ITO lead and may manage Technicians if their numbers increase.

Top Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of experience in IT Operations or an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or related Field with 4+ years of Experience
- Understanding of IT Operations Admin Work.
- Understanding of :
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tools
- Windows and Android OS
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Foundational networking skills
- Project management certification or equivalent experience (Prince or PMP):
- Deliver high-quality IT projects.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Familiarity
- Can Speak:
- English
- Kinyarwanda
- French and Swahili will be an added value
