Key Job Responsibilities

  • Managing all warehouse activities regarding inputs receipts, storage, stacking, reconstitution and dispatches.
  • Responsible for warehousing best practices including housekeeping, ventilation, palletization, and stacking to ensure good quality of stored inputs
  • Book / Document all entries in the WMS within 24hrs concerning receipts, dispatches and returns, and  quantity and condition  of inputs.
  • Register and supervise casual laborers on daily activities of the warehouse.
  • Assist in preparation and submitting  to the Logistics Supervisor all daily inputs movement, reports with attached Goods received note, Delivery note, and solar faults

Top Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate in Logistics and warehouse / Business Administration .
  • Knowledge of computer packages . E.g Word , Excel , Power point .
  • 2 years work experience will be an added advantage
