Key Job Responsibilities
This role is an opportunity for you to directly drive results, advise senior leadership, shape organisation culture and make your colleagues better at their jobs.
- Lead strategic projects: You will report directly to the Tupande Strategy and Operations manager and execute critical strategic projects needed to achieve Tupande’s vision
- Internal secondments: You would spend a significant portion of your time embedded fully into critical functions to provide short-term support on critical strategic projects and functions
- Leadership Team coordination and internal comms. You will support the activities of the Tupande leadership team and coordinate team meetings and internal communications
Top Skills and Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have should have 3+ years of working experience, a background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation.
If you fit the following criteria, you are encouraged to apply:
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- 3+ years of management consulting experience
- Proficiency in understanding motivations of different groups and teams and supporting them to work together.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Post-graduate degree preferred.
- Language: English required
