Key Job Responsibilities
Reporting to a Talent Sourcing Manager, you will:
- You will manage the sourcing of multiple business-critical pipelines.
- You will develop sourcing strategies for important roles and manage partner relationships with all partners (e.g. One Acre Fund Country programs, Agencies, education institutions, peer organizations).
- Be an advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and the recruitment team by providing expertise and clear recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead priority innovations to enhance sourcing strategies and improve the recruitment process.
Top Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of work experience to serve in a position that combines stakeholder management and project management for global recruitment in a social enterprise. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and achievements:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- An understanding of global and country industry talent insights
- Strong sales and project management skills
- English required in all locations. Other notable and useful languages are French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Chichewa, and Amharic.
