Job Description 

You will help develop subsidy data tools for recording and elaborating on measurements for subsidy data-based projects. You will manage large data set the accuracy and consistency of data, resolve data-related issues, and help improve subsidy data processes and management. Additionally, you will help promote good collaboration with our external stakeholders involved in this subsidy-related work. You will collaborate with different teams in the organization for subsidy data records and management. You will report to the Subsidy Specialist, and collaborate with different teams in the organization for subsidy data gathering and management.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • External & Internal Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a contact for External stakeholders, addressing subsidy data concerns, issues, or queries with minimal managerial support.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline input delivery, invoicing, and closing reports, while also representing the team in Subsidy Working Groups, providing updates and support for data-related tasks.
  • Subsidy Data Management
    • Monitor and improve data quality and management systems, update subsidy trackers, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and resolution across multiple tools, and analyze data for subsidy health reporting.
  • Risk Assessment and Issue Resolution:
    • Track low to medium complexity risks emanating in subsidy data management and participate in their resolution with manager support.
    • Provide input and suggestions for response strategies with manager support

Top Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related data management field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data management.
  • Understand formulas and functions in Google Sheets such as IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, QUERRY, and other logical and statistical functions.
  • A desire to understand how things work and keep learning
