Job Description
We are looking for a professional with 2+ years of work experience to join the IT Networks in Rwanda. You will provide Networks services in the Infrastructure team in Rwanda. You will offer first line service on Network management and work with other Tech teams to ensure seamless technology operations for staff and offices. You will report to the Networks Lead.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage LAN and WAN Network devices
- Implement approved Network changes following applicable procedures
- Analyze and diagnose network problems for a variety of users
- Recommend corrective solutions to be applied to network hardware or software
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- In congestion with the service desk helps in troubleshooting problems that require packet analysis or performance review.
- Maintain up to date and accurate Network documentation.
Top Skills and Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Networks Technician for 2years
- BSc degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field.
- Certification in CCNA and ITIL Foundation is desirable.
- In depth knowledge of WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and troubleshooting these devices
- Hands-on experience with PC/server hardware, PBX devices and other peripherals.
- Experience in Network monitoring such as Zabbix and PRTG.
