Job Description 

Rwanda Seed Production is seeking a professional staff to record input and output data via Weighbridge which serves Gabiro One Acre Fund operating and centralized the seed processing services to the partners. As the Data Entry & weighbridge Senior Supervisor, your duties will include recording all transactions processing workstations, Checking trucks loaded and offloaded before passing on the weighbridge. You will report to the Data Coordinator within 24 hours and contribute to the continued improvement of Seed division procedures. the job is based onsite at Ruhuha processing plant, Gatsibo district.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Weighbridge operations
    • Verify  the loaded and offloaded  truck before passing on the weighbridge 
    • Ensure all the information from the weighbridge is recorded well in the delivery receipt book and in the google sheet tracker
    • Scanning and attaching the delivery receipt.
  • Data entry for processing workstations.
    • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
    • Create a Google sheet tracker for data entry and report them to your manager for analysis.  
    • Keep in a safe way all hard copies/supporting documents of all processing data and other related SPR data documents
    • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations  within 24 hours
    • Work with the processing plant coordinator in doing the daily physical count
    • Help work around the processing plant occasionally and on weekends.
    • Take notes on the different meetings you could attend in SPR then report the summarized notes to the partners. 
    • Help Audit the warehouse during audit intervals!
    • Together with the line  manager enter processing data into SAP
  • Lunch supporting document  management
    • Receive and verify lunch signed copies and scan them for proper record keeping in both digital and filing hard copies
    • Record the number of plates served in Google sheet and share it to your manager for the next steps.
    • Maintain and keep well physical records of lunch signed documents daily for the manager’s consultation during the vendor payment requests process. 

Top Skills and Qualifications

  • Have bachelor's degree in Information Communication technology and any related field of education.
  • Have worked in data entry and analysis is a preference
  • Skills: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda.
