The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new product sales opportunities within the customer base, helping the customer grow usage by leveraging internal & partner adoption resources to achieve customer goals, and exceeding sales targets while making our product more sticky.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new product opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation within our customer base
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer growth and identify upselling opportunities
  • Achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Conducting business ROI presentations to customers
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Providing regular reports on sales activity and forecasting future sales
  • Experience with front line SaaS sales, fintech required
  • Accounting reconciliation experience is beneficial but not required
  • A continual learner and open to learning new technologies that Airbase may roll out in the future
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
