Our People Team is growing! We are looking for a senior talent acquisition leader who will build, design and iterate the talent acquisition program at Zume.
Design and build a highly engaged, high-performing remote recruiting team.
Design, coach and guide hiring manager on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes and interview skills
Ensure all coordination activity is consistent and compliant and activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner eg: ATS updates, job postings, compliance, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting and any other activities relating to the hiring process
Follow business unit plans and priorities to allocate resources and design projects
Be a talent magnet – think inclusively and create winning talent strategies to source and build diverse talent pipelines that attract passive talent to Zume
Be a talent advisor and leverage talent and market insights to influence and support hiring outcomes with key stakeholders
Lead with an agile mindset, focused on problem solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants
Lead and infuse operational excellence and efficiency in recruiting processes; evaluate, innovate, and optimize operational solutions
Establish performance metrics
Evaluate and improve recruiting process
Design and drive diversity
Recruiting regulations, laws, and compliance considerations (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
Recruiting best practices, benchmarks, and tools
8 + years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, including recruiting for non-exempt roles
4+ years of management leading a recruiting function
Travel: On occasion for business meetings between facilities.
