Oversee and assesses existing processes and workflows.
Optimize productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
Assemble reports to document process status and changes.
Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
Utilize process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
Assess compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Establish equipment/tool calibration standards to ensure data repeatability.
Training of machine operators and feedback solicitation.
Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis using DOE, ANOVA, and SPC tools.
Responsible for process/equipment stability.

Previous work experience with six sigma principles
Knowledge of high temperature measurement systems
Ability to establish temperature profiles
IQ, OQ, PQ familiarity.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (graduate degree preferred)
Previous experience in quality or business process engineering
Previous experience working with CAD and AutoCAD preferred
Previous experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software preferred
