Zume is searching for a Compensation Manager to help grow and scale our compensation practices. This team member will work closely with the People team leadership to develop compensation strategies and programs, and to uplevel current processes for scale. You will fully immerse yourself in structured problem solving and data analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized insights and recommendations. What You'll Do
Dig deep into market data to inform and new programs and processes that will help support our high growth businesses
Develop compelling and insightful recommendations to improve current programs/processes
Play a key role in executing our biannual compensation cycles, including variable compensation plans
Partner with Recruiting on new hire compensation best practices and offer development
Support compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating and training
Perform analysis on ad hoc requests and projects
Who You Are
A minimum of 7 years of compensation and/or financial analysis experience; bonus points if with a scaling start-up!
Experience developing and rolling out scalable processes and playbooks.
Excellent attention to detail, highest degree of confidentiality and discretion, time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, including a desire to roll up sleeves to prioritize work, execute plans and meet deadlines.
