Job Overview:

We are searching for a creative and data-driven Onboarding Manager on the Driver Growth (Supply) team, which is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining Zum drivers. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire onboarding process of our new drivers, including ensuring our drivers are appropriately vetted, credentialed, and trained. You will be constantly running experiments to see how we can improve conversion rates and reduce time through the funnel. You will manage a team to help you accomplish our goals, with the opportunity to build your team. You will report to the Head of Supply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all onboarding efforts: ensuring we are hitting our targets, running experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce time through the funnel, and simplifying and streamlining to scale rapidly
  • Be customer-focused, looking to improve the onboarding experience for our drivers
  • Work closely with product and engineering to improve our processes, and build systems and tools to better track and manage our drivers
  • Define, regularly report on, and optimize key KPIs. Build out reporting dashboards where you can track progress and share your findings with key stakeholders
  • Work with Safety and Training Teams to ensure our drivers are meeting our high standards of accreditation and training
  • Manage a team, including a team of contractors that may be remote

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years relevant work experience, including early-stage experience in growth experimentation and/or funnel optimization
  • Experience defining and running AB-tests to drive KPIs
  • Data-centered – a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact
  • Structured thinking and ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience working cross-functionally, including with Product, Data Science and Engineering
  • Ability to quickly go between high-level strategy and nitty-gritty details
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
