Zūm is the leader in children’s rides and care, getting kids safely to-and-from school and activities while providing childcare when needed. Job Overview: 

We are searching for a full cycle recruiter to join our team here at Zūm. You will build relationships and work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find top talent. This role will focus on our technical positions but may provide additional support to our non-tech teams during peak times. Providing an exceptional recruiting experience is key to giving our candidates a genuine view into our culture and what it means to be working at a company with its foundation in providing safe transportation for children. You instinctively understand this – and it motivates you to give each candidate the attention and care they deserve. Working in a startup is not easy, yet it is an environment you thrive in. You are fast paced, driven, and self motivated. We are a lean team, so you will be hands on in building out the function and scaling the company to exponential proportions!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting for different types of roles, both technical and non-technical, at all levels.
  • Work with the team to build out recruitment brand.
  • Provide innovative solutions to drive our overall hiring process.
  • Source, screen, qualify, offer, and close candidates.
  • Maintain a continuous funnel for all of your open roles.
  • Be data driven and tech savvy to build innovative sourcing strategies for each of your roles.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in both in-house, as well as agency environments.
  • Experience in startups, with the ability to be hands on wherever needed.
  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify potential.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill positions.
  • You have experience working with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Lever.
  • You’re well-rounded and thrive in a collaborative, team environment.
