We’re looking for an experienced marketer and compelling communicator with demonstrated success in B2B marketing. You’ll help drive our awareness and business results through marketing messages, materials and events. You’ll lead a diverse range of campaigns, from creative design through development and execution. Your efforts will drive B2B lead generation, conversion and retention as well as shape our GTM strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the B2B marketing strategy including developing a marketing plan, sales and marketing materials, and events strategy
  • Through dynamic marketing strategy and tactics, support pipeline growth, accelerating customer engagement, demand, leads and sales
  • Measurable top-line growth and optimization via website and marketing channels
  • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing and follow-up to ensure that leads from field marketing activities are properly managed
  • Inbound Marketing Fanaticism: cost-effective qualification and conversion through online and offline channels ( Direct Mail, Digital, Billboards etc)
  • Proficient in Email Marketing & CRM: more than Mailchimp and a newsletter
  • Create customer collateral for customer meetings, speaking engagements and sales campaigns
  • Drive Zum’s B2B event and tradeshow strategy, working closely with the field marketing team. Galvanize and support all events elements including setup, collateral, participation, speakers, product distribution and integration
  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional sales VPs, and account executives, as well as field marketing peers

Background/Qualifications:

  • Must have bachelors
  • MBA preferred  
  • Excellent writing, editorial and communication skills
  • 5+ years as a B2B Marketing Manager
  • Experience with SaaS and B2B cloud technology companies
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams. Highly collaborative and able to work well with different types of people
