Avalor is now part of Zscaler Israel and we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team.

As a Solution Architect, you will help bridge the gap between our technical products and our clients' business needs and in delivering tailored solutions to our clients using our SaaS offerings, as part of new clients' onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with clients, implementation engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of our SaaS solutions, meeting the unique business needs of each client.

This is a #HYBRID role, where you will be based in our Ramat Gan office, and report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, who is also based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Project Scope: Work with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their unique business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform, and its capabilities. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to SaaS architecture and solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage in workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive and lead the discovery phase, in which the requirements will be gathered, and communicate the proposed solution to clients. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical decisions and trade-offs.
  • Customization and Integration: Identify opportunities for customizations and integrations to tailor the solution to the client's specific needs. Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Project Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform technical reviews and assessments to ensure the solution's alignment with architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industry
  • 3 years of proven experience working within the cybersecurity field, and having the understanding of the cybersecurity landscape - Advantage
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
  • Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to ask effective questions, dive deep, understand the customer's priorities.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical challenges

  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and integration strategies
  • Experience in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledge
