We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Senior Manager to join our People & Culture team. This is an individual contributor role which will be based in our headquarters in San Jose, CA. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you'll be responsible for:
- Design, implement, and evaluate programs that support the growth and development of people managers globally at Zscaler
- Enhance the leadership capabilities and effectiveness of managers at Zscaler and support our managers in modeling our Leadership Principles and values
- Collaborate with senior leaders, People Business Partners, regional Talent Partners and other partners to identify manager development needs and contribute to building and implementing a comprehensive manager development strategy
- Socialize leadership development plans and strategies with main partners to build agreement and support for development programs
- Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and learning experiences to enhance managerial skills, including topics such as communication, coaching and performance management
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to facilitate learning and knowledge retention
- Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to deliver specialized leadership development programs or access external resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development, and incorporate new methodologies and technologies into programs
- Support the implementation and adoption of leadership development tools, assessments, and resources.
- Track and reporting on manager development metrics, including participation rates, feedback, and impact on managerial performance
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing learning programs
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field
- Experience as a people manager or HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of leadership development principles, methodologies, and best practices with experience in design and delivery of management and leadership programs.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
