With the recent acquisition of Avalor we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with significant experience in Vulnerability Management / Risk to join the team in the USA.
Avalor’s Data Fabric for Security ingests, normalizes, and unifies data across enterprise security and business systems to deliver actionable insights, analytics, and operational efficiencies. By expanding Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform with a security-centric data fabric, Zscaler enables enterprises to significantly enhance and fully automate AI-driven analytics and decision-making in real-time without the complexity of data aggregation and collection. Customers now have dynamic and customizable prioritization, streamlined reporting, zero-copy analytics, and real-time incident mitigation, as well as advanced threat detection, auto data discovery, classification, and policy generation, all within the Zscaler cloud security platform.
Responsibilites:
You will work closely with the Zscaler sales team that focuses on prospects and customers with up to 10,000 users. As a Zscaler Senior Sales Engineer, you and your Regional Sales Managers will be responsible for presenting the Zscaler Vulnerability management solution to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans with customers, and then managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
To accomplish this, the Senior Sales Engineer must have a strong desire to set the vision translating business objectives into enticing and actionable recommendations. The Sales Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our clients while aiding the customer's transformational journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of successful Enterprise Cyber Technical Solutions selling
- Strong knowledge of the entire Security stack, with deep expertise in VM, SECops, DevSecOps.
- Strong Background in Vulnerability Management / Risk
- Strong partner ecosystem - rolodex
- Ability to successfully manage and run POV's from beginning to end
- Technical/hands on capability with strong presentation skills
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
