Job Description

The Global Alliance Manager - GSI (GAM-GSI) will be responsible for building and growing Zscaler’s business with the assigned Global System Integrator (GSI) partners, such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant.

Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for:

Build, own and execute a structured business plan for the assigned set of GSI partners.
Responsible for Zscaler Revenue, and also ensuring that the partners meet their goals for product Revenue, Services revenue and margins.
Building and maintaining executive relationships within the partner’s business Verticals as well as practices including Security, Network, Cloud and Digital Workplace service lines.
Work closely with functions such as marketing, product management, services to build and scale GTM offerings to achieve revenue goals
Work closely with Zscaler sales teams across the globe to identify, qualify and close opportunities
Providing thought leadership and ideas on growing the partner-led business exponentially
Building the partnership brand both internally and externally.
Leveraging Zscaler tech partnership ecosystems to build and promote joint GTM with Global SIs.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, MBA desired.
10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development , Partnership management
Enterprise solution / consultative selling experience of technology products preferred.
Internet Security & Networking Skills Experience desired
Should have an entrepreneurial mindset for constructing and orchestrating large deals
Superb organizational skills and demonstrated history outlining and establishing sales strategies.
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support to the Partner.
Able to travel as business requires
