Job Description

We are looking for someone who can help us enhance our Salesforce platform. You will be part of a team that offers you a fulfilling career, great results through amazing team, relationships and a culture. The Salesforce Developer will use a powerful mix of programmatic and declarative skills to extend and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform and functional skills to document requirements and provide guidance to other developers in the team for execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including work in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning and application integration patterns.

Judge the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project.

Communicate technical issues and guide resolutions

Be a technical expert on all Salesforce related projects but focused on Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform.

You will be Directly involved in oversighting of developing requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing

Review code, guide developers, help write code and mentor the other team members

You will be reporting to Senior Manager of applications team

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development

Hands-on experience in several mid-size enterprise, global implementations of Salesforce

Experience with Sales Cloud, Sales processes and Salesforce CPQ

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development

Experience making any architectural tradeoffs required to provide software solutions and achieve results
