Job Description:

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, responsible for creating product documentation, creating compelling demo environments, executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), engaging in pre-sales calls with customers, and refining competitive positioning strategies. This multifaceted role demands a blend of technical proficiency and exceptional communication skills to drive the success of our product offerings.

Bangalore, Pune, Mohali, Hyderabad (Hybrid model)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical product management or technical marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of web, networking and device technologies.
  • Experience in Digital Experience Monitoring and any APM tools is a plus.
  • CCNA, CCNP Certifications is a plus, Scripting knowledge with Python is a plus. Must have hands-on experience building customer demos, testing, and validating customer use cases in internal lab environments.
  • Passion to make the customer successful.
  • 3-6 years of overall experience working directly with customers in a technical role.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and track the engagement and activity using various project management tools.
  • Ability to understand and improve processes desired.
  • Loves continuous learning and is passionate about solving complex problems. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Enabling the field teams to articulate value of the ZDX solution
  • Act as a customer advocate with product and engineering teams by providing feedback and driving support for niche use cases.
  • Support sales teams with there queries on existing and all new capabilities
  • Work with product managers to drive adoption of existing and new capabilities
  • Work with customers closely during early field trials for successful deployment & feedback
  • Make positive impact to product quality by testing & identifying product/solution gaps
  • Create Competitive Intelligence to articulate value of Zscaler’s differentiating features
  • Create comprehensive collaterals , documentation and presentations on existing and new capabilities.
  • Enable Helpdesk, ServiceDesk, Security and Networking personnel by delivering hands-on technical sessions and ZDX best practice recommendations
