We are looking for a Copywriter to join our growing creative team. This individual will collaborate with an art director to brainstorm compelling creative ideas, develop engaging creative concepts, and craft insightful content. We are looking for something who understands content strategy and develops concepts that effectively translate across multiple digital channels and platforms. And of course, someone who is passionate about writing regardless of the medium.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with art directors, creative directors and others to develop engaging and compelling creative ideas, concepts and copy/content to achieve client goals
  • Work as part of an integrated team—digital strategists, account executives, paid media specialists and analysts—to understand client goals, craft meaningful insights and develop effective integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, video and other channels
  • Craft stories and content that drive people to action
  • Develop clear, sharp creative messaging; draft compelling copy for a diverse array of products, services and audiences, including B2C and B2B 
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all messaging and copy is within brand voice and editorial guidelines
  • Troubleshoot; develop unique and actionable solutions to creative challenges

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, creative writing, communications or related field
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute conceptual ideas to create innovative digital solutions in a highly collaborative environment
  • Portfolio containing 2 to 3 integrated campaigns with a focus on social/digital
