We’re looking for a "Customer Support Programm Manager Lead" to be part of the Customer Suppor team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Industry landscape monitory & analysis
  • Work together with the Stakeholders on the market priorities to increase our inventory and market performance
  • Define Key Account Strategy for the Italian Market
  • Education of our Key Accounts on Zizoo´s Technology & Product 
  • Responsibility of the Performance Analysis & Consultation for our Key Accounts
  • Proactive Performance Monitoring & drawing strategies for performance maximization
  • Provide a high level partner support and a positive partner experience
  • Provide Product Feedback & support improving internal processes

Your profile:

  • Quick thinker and learner & self-starter
  • Hard-working and ready to jump in with your sleeves rolled up
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving 
  • You have 2+ years of working experience as Account Manager
  • Experience in Travel Industry
  • Expert in delivering effective solutions
  • You are self-confident, self-determined and extremely proactive
  • You are positive and team-oriented
  • Native French speaking, fluent English
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
