Responsibilities:

  • Build, own and refine a product strategy based on data, stakeholder interactions and customer feedback
  • Manage and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog to meet our goals
  • Stay on top of all the stakeholders’ requirements and translate them into tasks/user stories
  • Be a champion of product discovery leveraging user research and competition benchmarking to build the right solutions to our users problems
  • Think critically, challenge assumptions and make sure each line of code delivered serves a purpose
  • Support your team operationally, by helping them to excel and removing any roadblocks
  • Own your product’s KPIs and understand how both internal and external factors affect it  
  • Lead our experimentation culture by systematically formulating and testing different hypotheses as well as documenting our learnings
  • Prototype new features/ideas to get early feedback from users and stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Superb communication skills – you leave no ambiguity behind
  • 4+ years experience working with customer-facing products, ideally in travel or E-commerce
  • You know your way around data and are able to run meaningful experiments (from prototyping to A/B tests)
  • You are innovative and able to look for novel solutions to non-standard problems - we are digitalizing the boat holidays industry, we are at the forefront of innovation
  • You are ready to try bold new ideas, make mistakes and learn from them
  • You are willing to ask uncomfortable questions and make tough trade-offs
