Role/responsibilities

  • Uncover and drive growth opportunities with existing Enterprise customers, by utilizing data-driven insights derived from customer-specific, competitor, and market-wide data sets.
  • Present these narratives, alongside your sales and customer success partners, to Enterprise customers in an engaging and strategic manner.
  • Partner with ZipRecruiter’s Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to build the infrastructure (e.g. databases, reports, processes, etc) that enables future Customer Analysts to operate at scale in a repeatable and consistent manner.
  • Develop and evangelize the extraction and utilization of customer source reports across our Enterprise book of business.
  • When the business is ready, be able to recruit, hire, develop, and lead a team of Customer Analysts to scale the impact of this new function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in either recruiting or SaaS sales or customer success, research & insights, business analytics, or solutions architecture
  • Expert proficiency with tools for mining, analyzing, and presenting data (Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, BI tools such as Periscope or similar, etc) 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, deductive reasoning skills, and the ability to break down complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver data-driven stories to both internal and external stakeholders along with call to actions
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • A proven track record of cross-functional leadership, coordinating with multiple stakeholders with often competing and conflicting priorities
