WHO ARE YOU:

Project Management Office (PMO) is a team of individuals whose core responsibilities are organizing, collaborating, and managing project timelines and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes throughout the operations department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings, creating the agenda, following up on deliverables and ensuring accountabilities for all levels of stakeholders
  • Summarize weekly updates and prioritizations to leadership to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
  • Guardrail the wider organization in keeping with set priorities and avoid project scope creep to keep Marketplace org focused on big levers.
  • Help develop and employ a consistent project management framework to have common expectations, routes for accountability, and predictable cadence of deliverables and check-ins
  • Determine and define the project scope, objectives, and use ARSCI framework
  • Predict resources (human, technology, data, etc.) needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective manner. Advocate for additional resources as needed.
  • Using Marketplace templates, develop and manage a detailed project timeline and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage communications with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables, if applicable
  • Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • You have a track record of creatively solving problems and thinking outside the box
  • You thrive working in sometimes ambiguous situations
  • You have some experience managing projects on your team or cross functionally, and are excited to learn more about the formal art+science of Project Management
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, extremely resourceful and are comfortable multitasking
  • You have experience facilitating productive meetings and ensuring accountability
  • You love being part of a team that drives impact and innovation across the organization
