We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer passionate about working in the fitness app industry. As a designer at Zing Coach, you will play a crucial role in creating top-notch designs that grab attention and enhance the user experience within our fitness app. Your position will straddle responsibilities, including designing promotional materials and improving the app's interface.
Responsibilities

Design and Optimize User Journeys: Create seamless onboarding flows, guiding users from their first interaction to creating accounts on both mobile and desktop. Continuously improve user journeys across web platforms, incorporating insights from research and analytics

Create Engaging CRM and Campaign Assets: Design impactful materials for CRM campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives, including promotional posts, banners, and static creatives that drive user engagement and align with brand identity

Develop and Refine Websites: Design, maintain, and optimize websites to improve functionality, enhance user experiences, and achieve business goals. Focus on continuous updates and improvements

Boost Conversion with Paywall Designs: Develop high-performing paywall designs that captivate users and maximize subscription conversion rates through thoughtful layouts and visuals

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and developers to align design strategies with business objectives and ensure the smooth execution of creative projects

Build and Maintain a Web Design System: Establish and manage a robust design system for web platforms, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across all components

Handle Technical and Visual Enhancements: Execute tasks such as photo editing, image processing, and preparing assets to maintain high-quality visuals for various platforms and campaigns

Research and Data-Driven Design: Conduct user research and analyze insights from tools like Hotjar to create reports and recommendations that inform design decisions and improve user experiences
Essential Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in graphic or product design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and creative projects

Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar, with a strong understanding of prototyping and design systems

Ability to analyze user behavior and metrics, using data to guide design decisions and improve user experiences

Independence and initiative, with confidence to take ownership of projects, make decisions, and adapt to feedback
