Zing Coach is seeking a highly skilled Lead CRM Manager to drive acquisition and retention growth through effective CRM strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of success in implementing strategies to attract and retain users.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention

  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment users and tailor messaging to specific audiences

  • Lead the quarterly roadmap planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM deliveries with overall business goals

  • Optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates and lifetime value

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM and mobile marketing

We expect that you have

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM management with at least 1-2 years for a B2C subscription app

    • Bonus: Experience building habit-forming features for personal development apps (fitness, health, education), gaming apps, or apps with natural habit cycles

  • Proficiency in CRM tools with a strong preference for experience with Braze

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

  • Fluency in English
