About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales operations processes to drive efficiency, support the sales team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. 

What you will do:

  1. Sales Process Optimization:
    • Develop and implement streamlined sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance sales performance.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  3. Sales Tools & Systems Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems.
    • Ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing sales technologies and tools.
  4. Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support the sales team.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales processes and initiatives.
    • Identify and address any issues or challenges affecting sales productivity and effectiveness.
  7. Forecasting & Planning:
    • Assist in sales forecasting and planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Range
$150,000$200,000 USD
