About The Role

As a component of our rapid expansion, we aim to enhance our regional sales presence in Southeast Asia. The selected sales manager will play a pivotal role in guiding, cultivating, and expanding Zilliz's sales operations within the Southeast Asia region. Ideal candidates will foster a culture of high performance and accountability to consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What you will do:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Build and manage a pipeline of business sufficient to cover and exceed quota.
    • Create and deliver a compelling value narrative to communicate the ROI to customers.
    • Run weekly pipeline reviews to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Accurately forecast and provide routine pipeline analysis on current and future quarters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Drive strong internal collaboration with the Marketing, Product and Engineering team.
    • Engage in complex sales situations and late-stage customer negotiations with the sales team.

What we are looking for:

  • With over a decade of enterprise sales expertise, preferably within a high-growth SaaS organization.
  • A minimum of three years in SaaS enterprise sales management, demonstrating a successful history in securing new business and cross-selling.
  • Proficiency in collaborating across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing. Gain insights into the current market landscape and our competitive approach.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of potential clients' specific challenges and how our platform addresses them.
