About the Role

The Growth Crew at Zeplin drives new user acquisition, monetization, and retention and manages a registered user base of more than 4 million users. The Marketing Manager, Paid Digital will help drive growth across end users of Zeplin and business decision makers.
 
This role will build out and optimize efficient, scalable paid campaigns to acquire / activate both Zeplin end users and business decision makers. This will require a strong understanding of our users based upon usage, demographic, and firmographic data. This role will play a critical part in scaling our product-led growth machine, as the growth partner to our various go-to-market teams.
 

 Responsibilities

  • Run paid media ads to target end users and business decision makers to acquire / activate both Zeplin end users and business decision makers
  • Test campaigns across a number of channels including Facebook ads, YouTube, search, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to build and test high performance creatives
  • Analyze and report results from paid campaigns, learning and improving over time
 

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in paid media role, with hands on experience in Facebook ads, YouTube, search, and LinkedIn
  • Fluent in SQL, or willing to learn. If not fluent in SQL, strong spreadsheet skills are important.
  • Depth in using qualitative and quantitative data to understand users and performance creative testing
  • A passion for experimentation & helping users gain product value 
  • You collaborate well across teams and have strong communication skills
 

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with SQL, marketing automation (such as Hubspot or Marketo), CRM (such as Salesforce), analytics (such as Amplitude or Mixpanel)
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup and a good understanding of SaaS metrics is a plus
