As the Zeplin crew, we’re building an app used by tens of thousands of product teams daily. While creating a common language for our fellow designers and developers, we care deeply about building a product that delights them.

  • Develop relationships with Hiring Leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Source qualified candidates and build short- and long-term pipelines
  • Uncover top talent by researching the market and using tools including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Drive candidate engagement by creating and implementing outreach campaigns to prospective talent
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, virtual on-sites, and other related activities
  • Partner with Recruiting Lead on implementing best practices for hiring; contribute to hiring strategies, recruiting operations, and candidate experience
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity, and draw insights and actions from pipeline data
  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience for tech companies (either in-house or staffing agency)
  • Proven track record of building high-quality and high-volume talent pipelines
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with other recruiting resources is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Collaborative and strong relationship building skills
  • ATS experience
