Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and administering Zeplin’s sales and customer success initiatives and reporting. Our rapidly growing crew needs a Sales Operations Manager who thrives on attention to detail and metrics. The role will work closely with Sales Management, Product, and Customer Success teams to support our global sales and partner initiatives. The applicant should have experience with several analytical tools in addition to having strong SFDC skills. You will be a pivotal contributor to the sales process and reporting optimization. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize is crucial. Experience managing CRM project implementations preferred.
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partner, Sales, and Customer Success team with resource planning and go-to-market activities
  • Create, automate and maintain sales reporting such as forecast snapshots, lead funnel reports, account penetration, global & regional reports, and dashboards and our key GTM objectives and KPIs
  • Monitor the Sales Ops Request queue, gather all requirements in collaboration with the Go To Market crews, scope projects and execute projects
  • Manage ad hoc projects, reporting, system, and process optimization projects
  • Administer SFDC, build Go To Market process and strategy into SFDC utilizing standard and custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder and flows.
  • Drive & maintain account data hygiene in Salesforce.com (Account Ownership, Hierarchy, Subsidiaries, Account Duplicates, etc.)
  • Systems Admin for the entire Go to Market tech stack, including crm, sales automation, commission tracking and customer success platform
  • Own Deal Desk, covering Quote to Cash
  • Serve as a liaison between business groups to be the face of the GTM Crew and Revenue Operations
  • Create and maintain the Sales and Customer Success Rules of Engagement
  • Commission, bonus, and attainment to goal tracking for every crew member on the Success team
  • Cohort analysis for churn, upsell, upgrade, expansion, downgrades

  • Bring prior experience implementing new process into SFDC, starting with requirements definition and ending with production ready deployment

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in Technology Sales, Sales Operations, or GTM operations
  • Expert Salesforce Admin (SFDC)
  • Crossfunctional collaboration and requirements gathering
  • Strong B2B SaaS Go To Market Strategy understanding
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools
  • Managed projects, reporting, and processing
  • Strong Excel skills
