About the role
 
We are seeking a Go To Market Data Analyst r to join Zeplin and help build our Data Analytics for our GTM crew. In this role, you will be crucial in helping us be a data-driven company, to define quarterly goals, project requirements, and manage projects end-to-end crossfunctionally. You will partner with the GTM Crew to use data as the building blocks of the strategy to acquire and retain customers, you’ll be responsible for developing scalable data models, data visualizations and defining data requirements/processes aligned to business objectives.
 
This position will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and work cross-functionally with every department, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Finance, Product, and Engineering. The Product crew has a Data crew that manages the data stack and the foundational tables. You’ll partner with them on a daily basis. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Define and scope projects based on GTM strategy, customer acquisition and retention
  • Conduct data discovery and analysis to address project requirements aligned to GTM strategy and goals
  • Build, own and maintain DBT models
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that tell the story of Go To Market at Zeplin
  • Leverage Reverse-ETL (Hightouch) to arm the GTM crews with data in the tools where they work, such as Salesforce.com and Totango.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with data modeling, visualizing, interpreting data, and owning DBT models
  • Experience with analyzing data for GTM roadmap planning using tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, Mongodb, Stripe, etc.
  • Owned reporting for key business metrics, including revenue, sales metrics, and customer metrics
  • Strong B2B SaaS business understanding
  • Expert in SQL
  • Expert with Looker or similar BI to promote self service analytics
  • You are a self starter who is eager to learn and takes iniatiave for growth and development
