Partner Account Manager - Digital Agencies

Open to remote candidates in the states of California, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois!

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with a portfolio of existing and prospective digital agencies, helping them get the most out of Zeplin. As a key player in our small dynamic crew, you'll initiate and influence the ZAM program by finding new ways to engage and support one of our most important segments,
Digital Agencies! 
 
The Zeplin Agency Member program (ZAM) was created to support and drive growth of the digital agencies who use Zeplin to deliver outstanding experiences for their customers (and being part of ZAM has some very special benefits too!).
 
This is an exciting time for ZAM and we need smart, curious, fearless and awesome people who can light up a conversation with an agency, understand their business, and work with them to become even more successful by using Zeplin.

Responsibilities

You'll own The America's as a territory, working with agencies to welcome and onboard them to our ZAM partner program exclusively designed for Agencies. This includes:
 
  • Plan
    • Ongoing analysis to understand current adoption of Zeplin, risks and opportunities, behaviours and key market trends 
    • Work with the ZAM crew to define and execute quarterly activities like community communications, webinars, new projects, and marketing activities
    • Continue to innovate and excite our agency community about Zeplin and the benefits of ZAM
  • Manage
    • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to ensure relationships are aligned with Zeplin strategy; Track and report on agency-led impact
    • Conduct product roadmap sessions to drive product adoption and usage, while working closely with the aligned Success Manager for Agencies
    • Facilitate two-way dialogue and surface user feedback to help prioritize and drive future decisions around product roadmap
    • Work with cross-functional teams to create informative and dynamic webinars and build "Agency + Customer" case studies to showcase the awesome work of our agency community
  • Grow
    • Own net new sales, expansion of usage, and ensure renewals are completed on time
    • Collaborate with Agencies to drive ongoing adoption and usage of Zeplin - including our Customer Referral Program
    • Partner with the product and executive leadership teams to get Agencies involved with new projects and beta releases
    • Ensure a smooth handoff to sales for new agency referrals 


Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with a focus on SaaS product agency partnerships, or, a digital agency background with exposure to design and development
  • Experience leading client adoption of technology and converting that into influenced revenue
  • A strong passion for technology - you love what you do and are always looking to learn new things
  • Strong problem-solving ability, seeking help from teammates to accomplish goals
  • Collaborative approach where you enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams with an ability to influence and manage different stakeholders
  • Extremely well organized, can handle lots of spinning plates
  • Awesome presentation skills and with a marketing mindset
  • Experience working with Product / Software Engineering / Design Teams
