As our Business Operations Associate, you will be at the very heart of Zeplin organization; responsible for the office’s efficient functioning through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks. While your primary focus will be on our Istanbul operations, you will also get an opportunity to build cross- functional relationships by supporting our sales teams in London and San Francisco. We are in hyper-growth mode (we're planning to double in size in 2021) and seek an experienced partner with a start-up and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Serve as the point person for office related duties including: contract and claim management, maintenance, mailing, supplies, fixture, bills, errands, shopping
  • Communicate and present information to upper management regarding contracts
  • Create and manage policies and procedures for legal and business risk management, to implement corporate compliance
  • Maintain office policies and manage health and safety procedures
  • Manage contracts including price negotiations, extensions and renewals with office vendors, service providers, landlords and office lease
  • Follow up invoices and payments collaborating with our accountant 
  • Organize the office layout, purchase necessary stationery and equipment
  • Ensure office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections as needed
  • Knowledge of Zeplin and passion for the product
  • Min 3 years of experience in an administrative/similar role
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Advanced written and spoken English
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a startup or a tech company
