Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving strategic initiatives for the growth of Zenoti’s Fintech business. You will be part of the business team responsible for managing the payments charter in Zenoti. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Engineering and Marketing) to implement new payment features for Zenoti’s global customers and track the success of these features.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Payments Strategy by understanding product and business growth levers, and provide ideas for growing revenues and optimizing costs
  2. Lead the Business operations and reporting for Zenoti Payments, bringing in high visibility into Payments data and building reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews
  3. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives. Continuously monitor performance, analyse results, and iterate on strategies to optimize outcomes and drive revenue growth.
  4. Partner closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing, and reconciliation across Zenoti’s various payments offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the Product team to design and implement features and functionalities for Zenoti’s current and upcoming payment solutions.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Zenoti payments, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and other departments in the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Academically trained in preferably a quantitative field including Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or any technical major. MBA from Tier 1 college preferred.
  2. 4+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, Finance, or other business-related functions.
  3. Professional experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
  4. Understanding of or exposure to the payments domain is good to have.
  5. Demonstrated track record of deriving insights from complex problem spaces and leveraging data to drive decisions, set goals, and evaluate impact.
  6. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  9. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
