What Will I be doing?

  • Organize and conduct day to day research activities in our projects
  • Conduct, moderate and participate in heuristic evaluations, concept validations, usability studies, surveys, competitive analysis and other UX research and testing methods
  • Create research plans, usability study scripts, and survey questionnaires
  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
  • Advocate for the user and identify opportunities to improve the user experience through research and testing
  • Write reports and create presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations
  • Recruit the right research participants and schedule study sessions

What Skills do I need?

  • 5+ years’ experience in user research and usability analysis
  • Broad experience of various qualitative research methods
  • Familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests and are able to synthesize data with research
  • Excellent communicator, able to speak fluently to business people, designers, engineers and other stakeholders
  • Dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach to product development
  • Basic working knowledge of statistics
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision on variety of tasks
  • Able to distil actionable insights from complex research findings so that non-researchers can act on them
