Your role with us:

We are looking for an exceptionally driven contributor to lead a recruiting team and help us hire outstanding talent into zenloop. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and deliver a first-class candidate experience.

You will help identify, attract, and assess active and passive candidates and guide them on their journey to becoming a zenloopie. As the champion for candidates, you'll lead them through the end-to-end process, providing the best candidate experience. 

Your responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead are:

  • Full ownership of the entire recruiting process at zenloop 
  • Be the expert: you are a trusted Talent Acquisition Team Lead with a strong understanding of your talent pool
  • Lead by example: you will lead a team of recruiters and advise and coach them on their approach to processes, roles and stakeholders. 
  • Partner with your hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Candidate experience: You understand the moments that matter in a candidate journey. Share the zenloop story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador
  • Develop a long term recruitment strategy in order to facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
  • You are able to use data as a driver to recommend how to improve practises and procedures
  • Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods

This is what we’re looking for:

  • Business fluent English, because the company language is English. 
  • Successful track record in recruitment, ideally in a start-up environment or in house team. 
  • Comfortable in partnering with key stakeholders, and challenging recruitment ideas. 
  • You have recruitment experience in both tech and business. 
  • Ability to coach and mentor your team members. 
  • Strong communication skills and eventually, passion for recruiting
