Your role with us:
At zenloop, Smart Labels are the key to understanding your customer's written feedback at scale by automatically labelling the comment based on a set of pre-defined keywords.
We need your skills as a Text Analytics Specialist to work with both our customers and internal teams on creating our smart label dictionaries.
Your responsibilities as a Text Analytics Specialist include:
- being the dedicated in-house expert on setting up new dictionary templates for our smart labels feature.
- Lead us in offering dictionary maintenance as a paid service to our customers.
- Being able to accurately measure our smart labels & sentiment capabilities.
- Creating templates for smart label dictionaries of our Top target industries (by conducting expert interviews and analyzing our inhouse and other readily available data)
- Working with the Tech team to set up ongoing accuracy measurement.
- Creating and Maintaining comprehensive external documentation around smart labels & sentiment analysis for our customers
- Being a bridge between Customer Success, and Product when it comes to the smart labels feature.
